WANT TO GET MORE OUT OF YOUR COLLEGE EXPERIENCE?

Kappa Sigma makes it happen. The oldest and largest international fraternity, Joining Kappa Sigma provides opportunities for fellowship, fulfilment, and personal growth that you simply can’t get elsewhere, unparalleled by student ran clubs or organizations on our campus.
Kappa Sigma is a private, members-only social fraternity founded at the University of Bologna in the 15th century, spreading to its American Founding at the University of Virginia, in 1869, by and for the school's social elite. Today, Kappa Sigma continues to cater only to the best, and remains just as exclusive and successful as ever. As a mission, our fraternity cultivates in its members the four pillars of a true Kappa Sigma: Fellowship, Leadership Scholarship & Service. The Brothers of Kappa Sigma take this objective with the utmost seriousness.
At Western, Kappa Sigma is regarded as the fastest growing and dominant fraternity among its contemporaries and is recognized in the community with distinction and respect. Our Western chapter maintains strong relationships with all other greek organizations on campus, and we do not discriminate based on affiliation, race, colour, or creed. We are heavily involved in all manner of campus and community endeavours, and encourage all our members to make the most of the connections and opportunities our fraternity provides.

Since 2016, Kappa Sigma at Western has given 116 men the opportunity to form a brotherhood that lasts a lifetime.

Joining Kappa Sigma has been the greatest decision I have made throughout my college career.
